Asparagus bunches

  • 100 g (4 oz) Piave Medium
  • 1 kg (2 lb) asparagus
  • 8 slices prosciutto
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs


4 servings – Easy

Cook asparagus in salted, boiling water for 15 minutes then drain delicately using a skimmer. Make unches, wrapping each in a slice of prosciutto. Place in buttered baking dish and cover with Piave Medium slices about 1/8 inch thick. Place in preheated oven at 200° C (400° F) for 10 minutes. Serve very hot.
