Ingredients

  • 600 g (20 oz) Piave Medium
  • type “00” white flour
  • 2 or 3 eggs
  • breadcrumbs
  • oil for frying

Preparation

4 servings – Medium difficulty

Cut Piave Medium into approximately 1 inch slices. Coat slices with flour, then beaten eggs and finally the breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil. Serve hot with boiled potatoes
