- 600 g (20 oz) Piave Medium
- type “00” white flour
- 2 or 3 eggs
- breadcrumbs
- oil for frying
Preparation
4 servings – Medium difficulty
Cut Piave Medium into approximately 1 inch slices. Coat slices with flour, then beaten eggs and finally the breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil. Serve hot with boiled potatoes
