Piave Selezione Oro cheese flan

A delightful hot starter with a decisive cheese flavour that prevails proudly over the other ingredients.


  • 250 g Piave Vecchio Selezione Oro cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 400 g fresh cream
  • 150 g mascarpone


4 servings – Medium difficulty

Grate the cheese and place this, together with the egg, mascarpone and boiling cream into a blender. Blend until you obtain a smooth, liquid, lump-free sauce. Pour into aluminium moulds or small glasses and cook in a steam oven at 85 °C for 30 minutes. Serve piping hot.
