Red prawns and Piave Mezzano cheese

Once in a while, it is important to run a risk in the kitchen. This simple recipe combines seafood with cheese, exalting both flavours.


  • 12 red prawns
  • 10 g Piave Mezzano cheese
  • Maldon salt
  • Extra-virgin oil
  • Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena


4 servings – Easy

Peel the prawns, removing the carapace but not the head and tail. Dress with a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil and season with Maldon salt.
