Venison, fresh fruit and Piave Mezzano cheese salad

A delightfully summery, fresh meal that makes creative use of important ingredients.


  • 400 g venison fillet
  • 4 strawberries
  • 1 orange
  • cubed Piave Fresco cheese
  • salt to taste


4 servings – Easy

Cut the fillet into regular cubes measuring 2×2 cm. Brown very quickly in a pan over a high heat so that the meat remains red inside.

Serve at whim with fruit and Piave cheese.
