Wild hop and Piave Vecchio cheese omelette

A high-impact, yet easy-to-prepare starter that exalts the flavours of the cheese and egg.


  • 4 eggs
  • 100 g wild hops (young shoots)
  • 50 g grated Piave Vecchio cheese
  • salt to taste


4 servings – Easy

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and then pour the mixture into a non-stick pan. Cook on a low heat for about 5 minutes, then turn and cook for another 5 minutes. Serve.
